Developer, PlatinumGames, is looking to put out more news than just an update on how Bayonetta 3 is coming along this year. In the very same interview with Arcade Archives, Hideki Kamiya of Bayonetta fame revealed that he – alongside the company – want to update fans about unannounced projects as well.
Admittedly, nothing was spilled that day, though, as Kamiya was quick to note that he wasn’t even sure if he could say much more than he already did.
“… and give updates on a few more unannounced projects too. I’m not sure if I’m allowed to say that, but I said it anyway.”
He closed off by reminding people to keep tabs on PlatinumGames and that he’s “trying to do a lot of stuff this year.”
It obviously isn’t clear what any sort of these unannounced projects could be. Kamiya is also known for Viewtiful Joe, The Wonderful 101, and Project G.G., so could they perhaps be tied to that? Perhaps Viewtiful Joe will make a triumphant comeback as fans haven’t heard from him since 2005.
