Asobo Studio has come forward in announcing that they’re working on a new project in connection with Focus Home Interactive. The studio has been maintaining Microsoft Flight Simulator for the past 10 years and appears to want to keep doing that. With any developer, though, hedging your bets on one property is never a surefire way to keep in business.
During an interview with French publication La Tribune (via IGN), the studio said that they want to maintain the current team and possibly grow and reinforce it. As for other projects, maintaining Flight Simulator is taking up a majority of their time, but it did give a nod to A Plague Tale: Innocence publisher – Focus Home Interactive.
The studio didn’t reveal much about the project or any future endeavors, just that it partnered with Focus Home again. It could be a sequel to A Plague Tale, but at the same time, it’s difficult to pinpoint at this time – we’ll just have to wait and see.
